Wendy's East Brunswick, NJ

I came across a Wendy's and decided to give it a try. This was located on Route 18 North in the Town of East Brunswick, County of Middlesex in New Jersey. The three handicapped parking spaces had outdated signage. I contacted Wendy's Corp and notified them that the law had changed in October of 2003. They said they would notify the owner and they cared about what goes on in their franchises.

I would also occasionaly find slow service or cold food. So I was on the phone with Wendy's on a regular basis.
The food and service improved, but no change in the signage.
Occasionally I would order fries without salt and get one with salt. I believe they would try to burn the salt off by putting an order of fries back in the cooker, but can't prove it. I would also order a soda without ice and get one filled with ice. It is because they have their minds on other things and do not listen to my order. I do not have their undivided attention.
Eventually I got a phone call from Ed Sullivan the division manager who said he bought stickers to update the sign. Well the signs were updated, but a week or so later someone drove the signs further into the ground. Well now the bottom sign is no longer five feet from the ground. Well I was back on the phone and asked to speak to Ed Sullivan. Well the Customer Service Rep never heard of Ed Sullivan and no changes were made to the signs.
