Patty Cassidy

Patty Cassidy provides customized employment support and consultation to people with severe disabilities and employers through Jobs for All, a grant through the University of Georgia, Institute on Human Development and Disability. She supports the full participation of citizens with disabilities in all aspects of community life. She works to change the mind-set of paid support staff, families, and people with disabilities to look at community supports for people with disabilities to live, work, and play in their home communities, rather than look for service âplacesâ. For the past 18 years, Pattyâs work has been supports for community participation and employment for adults with severe disabilities and school-aged youth.
