The Road called Life

Travel down a road

Watch a butterfly rest upon a daisy

Listen to the song of a Whippoorwill

Taste the flavors of a peach

Feel the sting of a cold winter’s breeze

Smell the sweetness of a honeysuckle vine

Grab a friend who will follow you for a lifetime

Place the memories between the pages of your mind

Travel down a road to receive the gifts of life

Music sound rhythm voice

These are

What vibrates the heart

Stimulates the mind

Generates the soul

How do you define?

Music sound rhythm voice

To one who cannot hear

I miss my ears tremendously

Hearing a crisp voice

Is what I truly miss

Hearing music sound rhythm voice

Perhaps cannot be defined to a person

With no hearing

Understanding a vibrator, a stimulator, a generator

Is understanding

Music, sound, rhythm, voice

Comprehending

Music, sound, rhythm, voice

Is what it is all about

Can it be done

Without your ears

Certainly through the power of the mind

Acceptance

The question that one must ask is

Why is it so difficult?

Or better yet why is one not willing

To understand one’s differences

No two people are a like

Acceptance is one’s willingness to understand an individual’s differences

This in turn will allow them to treat the individual with decency and respect

For so many though this is so difficult due to a lack of willingness

Man should ask why and the answer is simple this of course is a form of

Sacrifice

Every individual wants acceptance including those who have more visual differences

How then can man develop the willingness required to put forth the effort to understand one’s differences

The answer here is simple too

This of course is faith or better yet trusting in the elements that gives one security

This is why I challenge all to develop a strong sense of faith which will give you the needed strength

This in turn will allow you to accept everyone including those of us with visual differences

To the World this is what we hunger for
